Joseph is a Licensed Associate Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. He received his Masters of Arts in Counseling from New Jersey City University. He is passionate about working with students. He has experience treating individuals with learning disabilities, anxiety, stress management, depression, and other mood disorders. While working in community mental health, he gained experience working with and treating individuals with smoking and vaping use, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

Joseph’s clinical approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition, he integrates various techniques within multiple approaches to address individual client needs. Joseph believes that developing a good rapport and therapeutic relationship is crucial to helping a client achieve their goals.
