Catherine Lorig, LSW
Catherine is a Licensed Social Worker in the states of New Jersey and Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a Minor in Behavioral and Addictions Counseling from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She then went on to complete a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University, NJ.
Throughout her years in the field, Catherine has had several experiences focused on behavioral health and mental illness. These practices have ranged from inpatient rehabilitation centers to individual, group and family counseling. She has worked successfully with clients across varying ages, backgrounds and presenting concerns. Catherine uses a client-centered and goal-oriented approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques of reframing thought. She specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, and grief but welcomes working with all clients.
