Stephanie Wilson, MS LAC
Stephanie has received a Master’s in School Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Systems from Capella University. She has over 7 years of experience working with children and adolescents in both individual and group settings. She has worked with clients to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, family and peer issues, safety and risk including self-harm and suicidal ideation, LGBTQ+, grief and loss, and social skills. Stephanie draws from several evidence based treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused, mindfulness, and Nurtured Heart.
Stephanie believes that therapy is a personal journey and understands that each client is unique and brings their own strengths to sessions. She is ready to help empower the client to use those strengths to achieve their goals by providing a nonjudgmental, compassionate and safe space.
