Rachel DeLade, LAC
Rachel is a graduate of Montclair State University, with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Rachel has a passion for working with children and adolescents, which has led her to work in a variety of settings, including: outpatient services, school-based mental health, and in-home (IIC) services.
Rachel has experience working with clients with behavioral concerns, developmental disabilities, self-regulation challenges, social skills needs, struggles with life changes, anxiety and depression. Rachel believes a therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance and takes a combined approach to counseling, due to her belief that all clients require different strategies and techniques in order to work through whatever they are experiencing, in order to grow and achieve their goals. In addition to traditional counseling skills, Rachel incorporates humor and expressive arts to facilitate change and progress with clients.
