Natalie Solan, LSW
Natalie Solan is a Licensed Social Worker by the NJ State Board of Social Worker Examiners. Natalie received her Bachelor’s in Psychology at William Paterson University and her Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University.
Natalie has gained extensive experience working with various populations and with different diagnoses. Natalie’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, life-transitions, behavioral challenges and other mental health and emotional needs. Her approach to therapy is solution-focused, strengths-based, and person-centered. She wants to focus on the clients’ inner strengths and the resources they already possess for them to feel empowered to conquer difficulties in life. Natalie wants to help clients recognize their goals and what behaviors will assist in achieving them. She provides a safe space to discuss challenging topics and takes the time to build a meaningful connection with her clients. Natalie actively listens to her clients’ needs with patience and compassion.
