
Lindsay Rich, LCSW
Lindsay Rich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s Degree from Rutgers School of Social Work, with a clinical focus. Lindsay has extensive experience providing mental health services to adolescents in a school setting as well as clinical work with adults, couples, families, groups and children. Lindsay has also worked with geriatric clients in a skilled nursing facility. Lindsay is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Lindsay uses a holistic approach in working with her clients, encompassing components of cognitive theory, trauma-informed interventions, solution-focused methods, and interpersonal theory. She believes in the value of the therapeutic relationship and strives to provide a safe holding environment for clients to feel validated, understood and more capable of moving forward through life’s challenges. Clinical areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, loss/grief, parent/child conflict, life transitions and relationship issues.
