Jessica Oakley, LCSW
Jessica Oakley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Intensive In-Home Community (IIC) provider. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Jessica has extensive experience in helping children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide variety of issues including: mood disorders, trauma, domestic violence, behavior issues, grief/loss, life transitions, illness, developmental disabilities, and social skills.
Jessica uses a client-centered approach and pulls from a variety of therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused therapy, Play therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction therapy. Her therapy is always tailored to fit the individual client which provides a unique experience based on each client’s presenting needs. She is gentle yet assertive in empowering her clients to reach the goals they set for themselves and helps them to realize their own strengths and potential.
