Jessica Lowe, LAC
Jess is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Monmouth University, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is passionate about working with adolescents and teens with mental health and behavioral concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, stress management, LGBTQ+, and social skills. Jess’ approach to therapy is solution-focused, strength-based, and person-centered, and draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as a feminist approach.
Jess strongly believes that a safe and nonjudgmental space is vital for the therapeutic relationship and uses compassion and unconditional positive regard to foster this environment during therapy sessions.
