Frank is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who earned his MSW from New York University in 1994. He is bilingual/ bicultural (Spanish) and has extensive experience in emergency and community psychiatry, crisis intervention, solution-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and holistic treatment. He has worked with individuals, families and organizations in the most challenging of circumstances.
Frank is person-centered and invites his clients to join him in a collaborative journey to find solutions to difficult situations and life challenges. He sees therapy as an opportunity for self-discovery and healing to help his clients achieve goals and wellness. He combines lessons from psychology, philosophy, and health/wellness to provide a holistic approach to treatment. He believes most individuals seek help not to treat illness, but to improve the quality of their lives.
