Erica Woyce, LPC, NCC
Erica is passionate about helping clients find hope and stability through psychotherapy. Erica has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey.
She specializes in providing individual and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families. She has experience in community practices (Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient levels of care), school-based therapy programs, and college counseling settings.
She has assisted clients with managing various life challenges and diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, oppositional/defiant behavior, relationship struggles, family conflict, trauma, and adjustment issues.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual client. She utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Structural Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients gain positive coping skills and utilize their strengths to reach their goals. Her mission is to help clients gain self-awareness and give them the tools they need to effectively cope with difficult situations and emotions.
