Briana is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Felician University, followed by her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University.
Briana has experience working with adults in a residential group home setting, as well as adults, adolescents, and children in an outpatient setting. She has worked individually with clients, as well as in group therapy. Briana has worked with a range of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, ADHD/ADD, PTSD, and members of the LBTQ+ community. Briana uses different approaches based on the individualized needs of each client. Briana’s approach to therapy includes, but is not limited to, strengths-based, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Briana is committed to empowering her clients by creating a safe space for her clients to feel supported and heard.
