Tina Cooke,

Tina is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. A graduate from Montclair State University with a MA in Counseling. She has 15 + years of Private Practice clinical experience providing services to adolescents, adults and families. With over 20+ years of experience in the counseling field, she understands how the stresses of life significantly impacts one’s thoughts, feelings, and decisions and how it often leaves us anxious, burned out, and disconnected.
Throughout her career, Tina has provided clinical support to clients coping with substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, trauma, cognitive delays, ADHD, grief and loss, and gender identity disorder. Tina values the therapeutic relationship shared between her and her clients. She has an empathetic approach that respects, guides, and supports each client’s individual needs. Together utilizing a strength-based approach, she works to create a space where one can take risks and be vulnerable in a way that promotes personal growth.
During sessions, exploration will take place on ways to better address current life’s challenges, establish healthy boundaries, improve overall quality of life and develop meaningful connections.
